DUVETS
St Genève Duvets are guaranteed for 20 years against any defect in materials and or/workmanship, provided that the duvet has been properly cared for, kept clean, and a clean duvet cover has been used at all times. This guarantee is void if the duvet looks at all soiled.
The duvets are crafted with a proprietary Valved Baffle Box System, which significantly limits down drifting between the compartments of the duvet. St Genève has such confidence in this system that, in the unlikely event that noticeable down drifting occurs, they will adjust it, under warranty, for the life of the duvet.
All winter weight duvets are guaranteed, for 10 years, to be warm enough for your comfort, or more down will be added at no extra charge. Please note that down cannot be removed from a duvet.
The down used in all of our St Genève duvets is guaranteed to be hypoallergenic or it may be returned for a full refund within 5 years of purchase. Please note that down and feather allergies have been proven to be very uncommon and only occur in some extremely rare cases. What most people mistake as down allergies are actually dust mite allergies. Dust mites are attracted to dead skin cells and moisture, so it is immensely important to wash your duvet covers frequently. We recommend 2-3 times per month.
Proof of purchase must be presented to validate these guarantees and all labels must be intact. If labels are removed these guarantees are void.
PILLOWS
All St Genève Pillows are guaranteed for 5 years against any defect in materials or workmanship, providing the pillow has been properly cared for, kept clean, and a clean pillow protector and pillow case have always been used.
Each St Genève pillow is guaranteed to be hypoallergenic or it may be returned for a full refund within 5 years of purchase. Please note that down and feather allergies have been proven to be very uncommon and only occur in some extremely rare cases. What most people mistake as down allergies are actually dust mite allergies. Dust mites are attracted to dead skin cells and moisture so it is immensely important to wash your pillow covers frequently. We recommend once per week.
