By submitting an order with Luxury Sleep Shop you agree to all of the following terms:
Returns:
Due to the nature of our industry, Luxury Sleep Shop cannot and does not accept returns for any of our products. All sales are final after 24 hours from the time your order is submitted.
Warranty:
All St Genève products do come protected by an extensive materials and workmanship warranty (5 years for pillows and 20 years for duvets). All warranties are void if labels are removed.

Cancellations & Refunds:
All of our pillows and duvets are made upon order. Your order cannot be canceled once production has begun. We will accept cancellations, for a full refund, up to 24 hours after the order is placed. We cannot refund any orders after this 24 hour window. We advise our customers to double-check all of the details of their orders and be very sure of their decision before submitting. Please read our Purchasing Guide and Product Care Guide before ordering.
Shipping:
All orders from Luxury Sleep Shop are shipped via UPS, free of charge in continental USA and Canada, with the exception of very rural or remote areas where some shipping charges may apply. Please contact us by email to inquire about shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally, and to inquire about shipping to remote areas in Canada.
Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days. Please note: Our products are handmade upon order and can take up to 3 weeks production time before being shipped. This is to ensure that your bedding is held to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
All orders from Luxury Sleep Shop are shipped with Adult Signature Required. This is to prevent theft and misplaced packages. Not all areas have UPS drop-points to pick up from if you miss the delivery. If no one will be home to receive your package you should consider having it delivered to your work place or a friend nearby.
Due to the the box-size of our shipments, we do not offer Express shipping as a result of the unique cost of these large shipments. If you require Express shipping, please contact us before placing your order for a price adjustment.
USA Taxes & Duties:
Orders shipping to the USA may be subject to duties or taxes depending on your state. Please be aware that these fees could be charged to you upon delivery. Luxury Sleep Shop is not responsible for these additional charges.
Delays:
The materials used to make our products are imported mainly from Europe and are subject to occasional supply-chain delays. Though these delays are not frequent, they can happen. By submitting your order you acknowledge that these delays could occur. Be assured that we will do everything in our power to avoid them.
