Canadian White Goose Down - St Genève Lajord Pillow

From $291.00

Comes with a free high quality pillow protector

A luxury pillow must be comfortable, flexible, supportive and resilient. The 850 loft Lajord pillow is all of these and more, which is why it's been one of the most popular St Genève pillows for years.

Lajord white goose down comes from a unique goose farm located in southern Saskatchewan, where the Hutterite people take great care in raising free range geese. Their birds are more mature than those in other colonies and St Genève secures the entire production each year. Needless to say, this is a unique down and one of exceptional quality.

The outer fabric of this pillow is made with a 100% cotton 300 thread count German twill with no chemical finishes meant specifically for down. It is dust mite proof, down proof, and is the key component in allowing this pillow to be fully machine washed and dried.

Certified under the ZURGUARD® system, all of our down products are guaranteed hypoallergenic.

Every pillow purchased comes with a free 100% cotton 300 thread count pillow protector made in Israel. We firmly recommend using a good quality pillow protector at all times, in addition to your pillowcase, to preserve your pillow.

PLEASE NOTE: All of our pillows and duvets are made-upon-order, by hand. Please allow up to 3 weeks production time for us to ensure that your product is held to the highest standards. We strongly urge you to read our Purchasing GuideProduct Care Guide and Terms Of Sales, before submitting your order.

How long does it take to break in a down pillow?

Most people find that it takes two or three weeks to break in and for their body to adjust to it.

Is goose down better than duck?

Typically larger birds like geese produce clusters that are better suited for bedding, with the exception of Eiderdown which comes from ducks and is considered one of the best materials for duvets.

Is white goose down better than other types?

It is often a higher loft than other types of down, making it a higher quality filling. Especially when it comes to bedding.

Are down pillows better than feather?
